Terms of Use

The Service is operated by ARCHYY STUDIO, a business registered with Nigeria's Corporate Affairs Commission under registration number 9742428 ("archyy", "we", or "us").

These Terms govern access to the archyy website, desktop application, live transformation services, voice tools, payment features, and related support services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Activation codes and device credentials are personal to the authorized account. You must protect them and promptly report suspected compromise.

2. Permission for every input

You may submit or process a face, voice, image, video, recording, or other material only when you own it or have clear permission from every person whose identity, likeness, or voice is involved. You are responsible for keeping evidence of that permission.

3. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Service for fraud, scams, deceptive impersonation, identity theft, non-consensual intimate content, sexual content involving minors, harassment, extortion, evasion of platform safeguards, unlawful surveillance, or infringement of another person's rights. You may not present synthetic media as authentic where doing so could deceive or harm another person.

You may not probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with Service security; resell credentials; automate abusive traffic; reverse engineer protected service components except where law expressly permits; or use the Service in violation of another platform's rules.

4. Live credit, cloud video, and Voice Pro

Live transformation is prepaid and metered in seconds. Plus, Pro, and Max plans use a shared Live Transform and Live Try-On allowance, with the included amounts displayed before checkout. A short block of time may be reserved when a live session starts; unused reserved seconds are returned after a successful settlement.

Current plans provide one 30-day benefit cycle. Annual plans are no longer offered for new purchases. Existing annual entitlements continue through their paid term and release their original benefit allocation approximately every 30 days. Unused included Live Transform, Live Try-On, H3, and Voice Pro training benefits can roll into the next cycle up to a maximum balance of two benefit cycles. Benefits above that cap do not accumulate. Purchased top-ups remain separate from plan benefits and do not expire.

Voice Pro is included with each paid Plus, Pro, or Max plan and includes three cloud training credits per benefit cycle. Failed or cancelled training jobs normally return a reserved training credit. A completed training job consumes one credit. Existing standalone Voice Pro entitlements remain valid through their displayed period. Plans do not renew automatically unless the checkout page expressly says otherwise.

Each paid plan includes a separate MiniMax H3 768P allowance for each benefit cycle. It does not consume live time and is used before purchased H3 768P top-ups. Purchased H3 credit remains available as a separate balance. Generation credit is reserved before a job is submitted and is returned to its original balance when a job fails before successful provider processing. Unused included H3 credit is subject to the rollover cap and expires when the plan expires.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are completed on a third-party hosted checkout. Blockchain transfers can be irreversible. Review the destination, network, asset, and amount before sending payment. Contact the archyy support bot about a failed credit, duplicate charge, or refund request. Nothing in these Terms removes refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

6. Third-party infrastructure

The Service uses independent cloud, AI-processing, payment, hosting, and messaging providers. Their availability and processing times can affect the Service. archyy does not promise uninterrupted operation or that every input will produce a usable output.

7. Safety review and enforcement

We may restrict or terminate access, preserve relevant records, reject content, or cooperate with lawful requests when we reasonably believe the Service is being abused or these Terms are violated. Report suspected abuse through the archyy support bot.

8. Intellectual property

archyy and its software, interface, branding, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights you hold in your inputs. Rights in generated outputs can depend on applicable law, the input, and relevant third-party terms.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. Public beta software may contain defects and may be distributed without a publisher signature while our organization certificate is pending. Verify the published SHA-256 fingerprint before installing it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, archyy disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Questions may be sent through the archyy support bot.
