Terms of Use

The Service is operated by ARCHYY STUDIO, a business registered with Nigeria's Corporate Affairs Commission under registration number 9742428 ("archyy", "we", or "us").

These Terms govern access to the archyy website, desktop application, live transformation services, voice tools, payment features, and related support services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Activation codes and device credentials are personal to the authorized account. You must protect them and promptly report suspected compromise.

2. Permission for every input

You may submit or process a face, voice, image, video, recording, or other material only when you own it or have clear permission from every person whose identity, likeness, or voice is involved. You are responsible for keeping evidence of that permission.

3. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Service for fraud, scams, deceptive impersonation, identity theft, non-consensual intimate content, sexual content involving minors, harassment, extortion, evasion of platform safeguards, unlawful surveillance, or infringement of another person's rights. You may not present synthetic media as authentic where doing so could deceive or harm another person.

You may not probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with Service security; resell credentials; automate abusive traffic; reverse engineer protected service components except where law expressly permits; or use the Service in violation of another platform's rules.

4. Shared credits, existing benefits, and trial

The new shared-credit offers require a compatible Archyy release and enabled checkout. The app shows availability and the exact price before purchase. The October 2026 packs are 600 credits for USD 15, 1,800 for USD 39, and 3,600 for USD 69. They are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Archyy credits are non-transferable service units, not money or cryptocurrency, and paid shared credits do not expire.

Dash AI uses 1 credit per metered second (60 per minute); Lucy 2.5 uses 4 (240 per minute). Both spend the same balance. Pack time estimates describe using the whole pack on one model, not an allowance for each model. Live sessions reserve credit before use; unused reservations return to the original balance after settlement. Session caps and provider availability apply separately from pack size. Other cloud tools use their separate credit or entitlement balances.

When the shared-wallet rollout is enabled, each eligible new account receives one non-renewing 60-second Dash AI trial, once only, subject to account/device eligibility. It cannot be used for Lucy 2.5 and is not a grant of paid shared credits. Cloud video, cloud voice training and further live use are not included. Continued use requires an applicable balance or purchase.

Existing purchases and payments already initiated keep their original model, quantity, price, and entitlement terms. Available included or prepaid time is used before shared credits. Previously held Live credit is not automatically restored by this update; contact support about unused paid balances. Older Plus, Pro, Max and annual memberships are not offered as new shared-credit packs. Existing annual entitlements continue through their paid term and release their original benefit allocation approximately every 30 days. Their original rollover limits continue to apply. Purchased model top-ups remain separate from included plan benefits.

Existing paid Plus, Pro, and Max memberships retain Voice Pro and their original cloud training allocation. Failed or cancelled training jobs normally return a reserved training credit. A completed training job consumes one credit. Existing standalone Voice Pro entitlements remain valid through their displayed period. Shared-credit packs do not include a new Voice Pro membership.

Existing memberships with MiniMax H3 768P allowances retain those benefits. They are separate from shared live credits and are used before purchased H3 768P top-ups. Generation credit is reserved before submission and returned to its original balance when a job fails before successful provider processing. Existing included H3 credit retains its original rollover cap and plan expiry.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are completed on a third-party hosted checkout. Blockchain transfers can be irreversible. Review the destination, network, asset, and amount before sending payment. Contact the archyy support bot about a failed credit, duplicate charge, or refund request. Nothing in these Terms removes refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

The Crypto option uses Exnode; credit is delivered after verified provider confirmation. The PayPal option uses PayPal-hosted checkout and manual verification: return to Archyy after paying and submit your transaction ID for the order. A submitted claim or receipt alone does not add credit. Archyy must verify the completed merchant payment, amount, currency and unused transaction reference. Approval can take time; do not pay again while a claim is pending.

6. Third-party infrastructure

The Service uses independent cloud, AI-processing, payment, hosting, and messaging providers. Their availability and processing times can affect the Service. archyy does not promise uninterrupted operation or that every input will produce a usable output.

7. Safety review and enforcement

We may restrict or terminate access, preserve relevant records, reject content, or cooperate with lawful requests when we reasonably believe the Service is being abused or these Terms are violated. Report suspected abuse through the archyy support bot.

8. Intellectual property

archyy and its software, interface, branding, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights you hold in your inputs. Rights in generated outputs can depend on applicable law, the input, and relevant third-party terms.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. Windows downloads and updates are distributed through Microsoft Store. Cloud processing depends on provider availability and does not guarantee uninterrupted sessions or a particular creative result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, archyy disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Questions may be sent through the archyy support bot.
