Privacy Notice
Effective October 21, 2026
This Service is operated by ARCHYY STUDIO, registered with Nigeria's Corporate Affairs Commission under registration number 9742428.
This notice explains how archyy handles information when you use the website, desktop application, live transformation services, Voice Pro, payments, and support.
1. Information we process
We process account and entitlement records such as an internal user ID, activation-code hash, pseudonymous device identifier, product, balance, usage reservation, and subscription status. We also process order identifiers, expected amount, currency, payment status, and provider transaction identifiers needed to reconcile a hosted payment.
Operational records may include timestamps, service state, error category, security events, and allowlisted administrative actions. When an approved device opens the desktop application, we record one minimal launch event containing the app version, a pseudonymous account and device association, and server time. Launch monitoring does not include prompts, images, video, voice, filenames, camera frames, activation codes, device tokens, API keys, payment instruments, wallet addresses, names, contact details, or raw machine identifiers.
2. Camera, video, and voice content
Realtime camera content is sent to the selected cloud transformation engine when you start a live session. The archyy entitlement service does not receive the raw camera stream. Local realtime voice conversion runs on your computer.
In releases that offer Dash AI, you must explicitly agree before your webcam video and selected reference image are sent for cloud editing. Dash AI uses Vidu's streaming service and its realtime communication infrastructure, including Alibaba Cloud RTC. Microphone audio stays off for Dash AI. Lucy 2.5 uses the configured Fal/Decart cloud service. Stop the session to end live transmission. Cloud processing is separate from operational diagnostics: diagnostic reports do not contain your camera stream or reference image.
When you choose Voice Pro training, your selected recordings are cleaned and combined locally before the prepared dataset is uploaded to the configured cloud training provider. Training does not begin until you confirm ownership or permission for every recording. The training record stores the consent-policy version, acceptance time, source-file count, prepared duration, dataset size, job state, and provider job references. These consent details are not included in the public job response. The resulting profile is downloaded to your local profile library.
When you use Create, the prompt and any selected image or reference media are sent to the configured cloud generation provider. We process job identifiers, model, resolution, duration, framing choice, status, and provider references to meter credit, return failed reservations, and make completed jobs available in the app.
3. Why we process information
Updated desktop releases require an explicit operational-diagnostics agreement before new local-tool operations. These reports contain an operation identifier, tool name, start and completion status, bounded duration, app version, timestamps and a fixed error code, associated with your account and device. They do not contain recordings, files, filenames, paths, prompts, transcripts, reference media, generated content or raw logs. Failure alerts containing this limited metadata are sent privately to the authorized Archyy operator through Telegram. You can withdraw agreement in the account menu; new local-tool operations then remain unavailable, but your existing files are not deleted. Earlier optional usage-sharing preferences do not authorize this broader reporting.
We use information to authorize devices, meter and return credit, create and verify orders, deliver requested processing, install voice profiles, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, provide support, maintain accounting records, and comply with lawful obligations.
4. Service providers
We use contracted providers for cloud hosting, AI transformation, voice training, payment checkout, and operational messaging. They process information needed to perform those functions under their own security and legal obligations. Information may be processed in countries other than your own.
PayPal and Exnode handle their respective hosted payments. Archyy receives the order and payment references needed to verify payment and deliver credits. For manual PayPal claims, the transaction ID you submit and limited order/account information are available to the authorized operator through private Telegram approval messages. Passwords, payment instruments, recordings and creative files are not part of those messages.
5. Retention
Pending local-tool diagnostic events are held on your device for up to seven days, with a maximum of 1,000 events, and retried when online. Accepted events are removed from that pending queue. Withdrawing agreement or changing the signed-in device credential clears unsent events, but does not automatically erase records already received by Archyy. Local activity history displayed to operators covers the latest 30 days; received operational and consent records follow the general retention terms below.
We retain entitlement, order, payment, security, consent, and audit records for as long as reasonably needed to operate the Service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, meet accounting obligations, and comply with law. Voice-training upload authorization expires after approximately one hour. The cloud training provider may retain submitted files and results under its applicable retention terms; contact us to request deletion assistance where available.
6. Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose limited information to service providers, professional advisers, or authorities when needed to operate the Service, protect users, establish legal claims, respond to valid legal process, or prevent serious harm.
7. Security
We use server-side secrets, signed device credentials, short-lived provider tokens, restricted service roles, payment verification, rate limits, and audit logs. No system is perfectly secure, so promptly report suspected compromise through the archyy support bot.
8. Your choices and requests
You can stop local camera or voice processing from the app, clear the saved device credential, and remove local voice profiles. To request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance, contact the archyy support bot. We may need to verify the request and may retain records where law or legitimate security needs require it.
9. Children
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.
10. Changes
We may update this notice as the Service changes. The latest version will be posted here with its updated date.
